Do you accept credit cards?

No, we do not. All payments are required to be either certified check or cash.

How much deposit do you require before you start to cut our countertop?

All Granite and Marble requires a deposit of half of the estimated price in cash or certified check. This payment takes place at the time of the template. If there is no deposit during the template we can not start the fabrication of the countertop or any other project. The deposit then needs to be brought to us, to our office in Ridgefield Park NJ.

What is your payment policy?

All Granite and Marble Corp. accepts cash or certified check only. If payment is done by personal check we will not start the fabrication process until the check is cleared. Once the order is placed the grand total is broken up into two payments, one during the template, and the other at the end of the installation.

If I fax my drawing with dimensions to you how long do I have to wait for a quote?

Proposals for free quotes that are faxed over are given a 24 hour time frame. We will either call or fax over the estimate assuming that the contact information is provided to us in the original fax.

Is installation included in the quote?

Yes, each column is divided into eleven rows, they include: sub total, edge, backsplash, sink(s), sink cutout, honing, custom, total, tax, grand total, and stones. The price of the installation, fabrication, delivery, templatting, sealing of the countertop, and the stone is defined in the sub total row. Each column is relevant to the title on the left hand side, while the stone row displays the lot number and the internet ID of the stone.

How close does the estimate come to the final price?

The quote on the estimate is based on the measurements provided to us by you. So the more accurate your drawings are, the more accurate the price.

What do the five columns on the estimate mean?

The five columns on the estimate represent the different grades of granite. Each column contains stones that correspond with the given price. The five categories are single blue, double blue, single silver, double silver and gold. Price of the material is determined by the design and supply of the stone on the market. The single blue and double blue category is our super sale materials. The single silver and double silver is our promotional materials, gold represents our premium stock. In addition to the five columns, some material falls into double gold and super gold categories. These groups require a detailed estimate that can only be processed by a manager of the sales department.
