I want to thank everybody there at All Granite and Marble. I recently had an experience that im sure you have seen before but I thought I would share with you. I live here in Wallingford, Ct. Where I contracted with a local granite dealer/installer to do my kitchen countertops. After some serious negotiations he agreed to do our counter tops in our kitchen for a price of 5995 including an undermount sink. After showing up a day later than promised he took the templates, and told me that I would have my counters in 7 business days. (this was very different than the original 4 days promised when I had spoken to the "boss". 2 days later I recieved a call saying that he could not do our countertops as he didnt have the money to purchase both the granite AND the ogee bit to cut our edge. This was AFTER I had already given him $2500!!!! Needless to say, my wife and I were upset to say the least! My brother had granite installed by you 4 yrs ago and suggested I give you a call. I called on Saturday and your men, headed by John arrived on Monday evening to do the templates! By the time I got home from work on Saturday, John and his crew were already there and gone and I had new beautiful granite countertops installed perfectly and at almost the same price as my haggled negotiated price with my local dealer. I cant say how much we appreciate the extremely fast turnaround as my wife was ready to kill me because our kitchen was in total disarray for more than a week prior to contacting you. You literaly saved my life from an untimely death do to lack of sink, stove, dishwaser and cabinets! Again, THANK YOU!!!!! Anybody who needs new counters should look no further than All Granite and Marble!
