Thanks so much..while I LOVE the look of marble think I should probably opt for granite!!!! I hope to find a tan/brown granite that looks like marble!!! |

Linda: Granite would be better, although people use marble for bathrooms often. When it is sealed regularly it should not pose a problem, you just have to be careful. But if you are concerned and want ease of mind, go with granite. |

Linda: Yes - marble needs to be sealed with a high quality sealer (i recommend water based) during installation, and every six months thereafter. |
