One more comment. I see in the photo on this site that the appiances are white vs stainless steel or black faced. With black granite countertop/backsplash or white subway tiles backsplash, stainless vs white appliances? Thank you.

Fran: If bright kitchen, you should be alright with the dark granite backsplash. The tile option would have to be very light subway tile.

I have white formica cabinets and do like Uba Tuba. Anything else you can suggest. I have mauve, greens and gold throughout that level. Someone suggested Bianco Galaxy or Bianco antigua.
