cindy: Vyara has similar color to Santa but the look is different. Colombo is different from both. |

Thank you! Would those be in the same family of colors as Santa Cecelia? Thanks again for your recommendation. |

cindy: Yes, but you have to know that Juparana Vyara comes in many variations. It can be as light as sand or as dark as mud, no pun intended. The lighter kind would look very nicely because it will not need a lot of light and also it'll go perfectly with the floor and cabinets. Try also Juparana Colombo http://www.marble.com/stone/Juparana,Colombo,255.html |

I'm putting in a golden oak floor and autumn maple cabinets with carmel glaze in my kitchen. It has medium natural light coming in from 1 window and 4 doorways. Would Juparana Vyara be a good choice - any other suggestions. Many thanks. |

Kathryn: The overall color scheme would work as it is rather neutral. I would only suggest adding some reddish accents to blend the two spaces together a bit. |

would a red brick (which we have) patio look odd with this color kitchen and flooring. Mind you, the kitchen and family/dining room look out to the red brick. Would this color palate match, or would you suggest something else?1 |

Karla: They might, depending on the amount of light in the kitchen. The very dark stones tend to look almost black and loose color when poorly lit. |

My husband and I are in the process of making a choice for granite countertops and we are thinking of going with verde butterfly. Our cabinets are painted white and our flooring is similar to this color tile (deep tan/beige). My concern is that the countertops will be too dark? We have all stainless steel appliances. What is your opinion? |

And to answer your second question, yes, just look through the pictures. There are plenty of different edges here. |
