Personally I like Bianco Romano, it has more of a crystallized texture than Kashmir White, which is smoother. But with your setup I think Kashmir will do just fine.

Kashmir white or Bianco Romano- what do you think? I also meant to mention that the kitchen doesn't get a lot of light in the afternoon because of the shade that we have in the yard. IS there something else that you could suggest if the two I mentioned are not good?

Kitchen cabinets are Williamsburg blue. Floor is a natural stone tile look (really congoleum.) wallpaper is navy blue with tiny blue buds like cabinet color. What color granite?
