Diana: Santa Cecilia might be popular now, but you never know what will happen five years from now ;-) It matters if you like the granite itself, not popularity. I think santa cecilia would create a very warm look in your kitchen set-up.

My kitchen is large with mostly very light butterscotch cabinets. Island is medium brown. Floor will be a brown hickory saddle. Considering Saint Cecilia but it seems so popular. Any other suggestions?
