Since ogee is a rather curved edge, you would need to go with something like a half bullnose or 1/4" Round. Dupont looks great but is a bit weaker than the ogee.

What kind of edge would you mix with an ogee, for instance if the 8ft. bar is ogee, rest of room?
Or what would you mix with dupont, and how does the dupont look and hold up?
