Mary Nichols: Try other names too. Bianco Cardinale, Bianco Classico.. not everyone has the same names. |

Thank you for your input. Now, iIf I can find the Bianco Romano as shown in this featured kitchen, I would be ecstatic. Most Bianco Romano I have seen has very little veining and looks nothing like the above picture. I need this granite by mid November! |

Mary: Yes it's honed and what you described is stunning. Absolutely the perfect fit for your kitchen! |

Please give your opinion on Bianco Romano granite, with dove white traditional style cabinets, medium dark wood floors and stainless steel appliances. Also, is the granite surface honed in this picture? Kitchen remodel is in a 1930's home.

Will the bianco romano work with natural maple cabinets, black appliance, dark stained oak floor and blue painted walls? Do you have another suggestion? |

Do you think this countertop would go well with Honey Spice, Cherry wood cabinets? |

Well, let's step back a bit. How dark are the cabinets? Are they that really dark reddish stained cherry? If they are not so dark, then I think the "shock" would be a positive one :) As far as honing goes, if you cook at least once every few days, I'd leave it polished. Honed surfaces are tougher to clean. |

When you say shock your guests is that in a bad way. I am very nervous about this , would you do it to your kitchen? Or what do you think would be the ultimate granite choice and should it be honed or not. I greatly admire your ideas. thankyou |

Wow, that would be quite a lot of contrast Lois. If you want to shock your guests, go for it. Bianco Romano is very neutral so it will definitely fit in. |

can you tell me if this granite would look good with tuscan look cherry cabinets with chocolate glaze, roman gold 6x6" diagonal floor tiles, and tuscan glaze golds creams, and brown wall treatments.I have a 36" stainless wolfe range with red knobs. And should i use the honed look. thankyou much
