If you are going to use the tiny patina tiles in affreschi zaffiro, then I recommend the color line such as USAFF-M-22-MO. This will compliment the espresso cabinet and in this situation you should use the Tuscan wall colors. If you keep white cabinets, then you can use the blueish shades for the wall. You should keep the tile simple and elegant therefore diamond shaped tiles may be too busy. I'm actually still a little confused on the aspect of this website: http://www.bronzeworkstudio.com/portfolio/portfolio.htm

Which tile pattern/color in that website are you considering? However, I think I have the gist of what is going on now, and hopefully that was a more satisfactory answer than my previous response.

Cool Wall color for multiple blues and white

    1. What I am understand is that use the Mosaic Affresci Moka USAFF-M-22-MO if doing cabinets in Espresso Shade and have Tuscan Walls and use the Tucson wall colors of orange, reds etc...(which I don't think you meant) or are you referring to the two tone blues on Tuscan walls

    2. Use the Mosaic Affreschi Zaffiro USAFF-M-22-7A if doing white cabinets then A) Tuscan walls or flat wall with two tone blues?

Sometime I'm not very good at explaining myself. The Affreschi wall tile is 13 X 13 and is not on a diamond shape but in squares just like the website below. I was thinking of inserting the Mosaic Affreschi Zaffiro USAFF-M-22-7A (if using white cabinets) or your suggestion USAFF-M-22-MO (Moka) {if using espresso shade}. My best example what I am thinking is on this website. http://www.danielskitchenbath.com/bathroomphotos.html

, 4th picture down on right with starfish on top. If you look down you will see mosaic design with 2 squares going around the shower with squared wall tile. I can either do it that way with Mosaic Affreschi Zaffiro USAFF-M-22-7A (using white cabinets) or USAFF-M-22-MO (Moka) if using espresso cabinets. Want I would like to know if you would recommend that way or put them diagonal shape, each mosaic square is 2.25 x 2.25 therefore I would use one full 2.25 x 2.25 and cut the next square in 1/2 and use 1/2 on top and the other on bottom.

The tiny patina bronze tile I was thinking of using here and there would be in the diagonal design like this website. http://www.bronzeworkstudio.com/portfolio/portfolio.htm go to the very bottom (kitchen)

http://www.bronzeworkstudio.com/main/tilepatterns.htm I can go with either the 1 1/4 or the 5/8. As far as which color of bronze (Traditional Bronze or White Bronze). See website: http://www.bronzeworkstudio.com/portfolio

The shower wall has a window. Would you recommed putting the tile all the way to the ceiling (8 ft) and what design and wear would you put the mosaic design?

I hope you get what I am trying to say...Have a good read...

White cabinets with Mosaic Affreschi Zaffiro USAFF-M-22-7A and you can put them in diagonal shape in the idea that you have in mind. Flat wall with two tone blues. The wall tile should go up to the ceiling if possible. For the accent I like the blooming leaf or sunrise tile.

    Derek,

Love your ideas... and have started incorporating them into our bathroom. I can't not wait for the finished product. We are changing the bathroom floor from a white tile with gray grout. It shows everything. Do you recommend anything that would go with the rest of this bathroom?

    Have a great day.

Is there any specific material you're considering? There are various options, such as Ceramic, Porcelain, Natural Stone, Mosaics.

For example, I think an option such as LaRiserva Ivory ceramic tile would look quite nice. Just some food for thought.

Unhappy Wall color for multiple blues and white

Thank you so much for all of your help..

Everything seems to be falling apart. The Blue Pearl is not the same as we had seen. Any suggestions for a granite countertop to go with my Affresscio Zaffiro in the vanity area. The Affreschi Zaffiro surrounds the white tub. I would like something that has blue in it that will pick up the warm colors.

What is the difference between Blue Pearl, Blue Pearl GT, and Blue Pearl Royale GT? What is the difference between Blue Pearl Royale GT, Blue Pearl, Blue Pearl GT. I can findd Blue Pearl or Blue Pearl GT but they do seem exactly the same. Our son seems to remember a granite that was almost black with flecks (don't know what color specks), he also had choosen SL Grey which had blue, black and off white glass squares or rectagles (which I chose not to use). Any suggestions that would have a touch of blue. We do not like the vein type of granite.

    Again - Thank you

Not to worry, I'm confident that everything will end up looking beautiful and you will make the correct choices! You're a great planner and will surely get yourself out of this little bump in the road. The differences in the name variations of Blue Pearl is the amount of blue hues in the slabs. It's different shipments of Blue Pearl and some have more blue than the others. For example, the "GT" variations are sharper and have more blue tones in them, but are more expensive because of this. My recommendations as an alternative to your original choice would be Emerald Pearl and Amazon Star. Let me know your thoughts and please do not stress!

I am unable to find Amazon Star/Flower. Does it go by another name? How about Black Pearl ID#733? What is the difference between all the other black pearls and how do I know that I am looking at the right color? I have found that some places change the name like Blue Pearl to Blue Pearl GT.

Different companies can call the same color a different name so it gets quite confusing if you're looking for the same stone between various fabricators. Unfortunately the natural stone industry does not have a set universal standard for stone names. If you're not using our company, then I do not know if your fabricator will have the Black Pearl or Blue Pearl that we have or that it will be under the same name. In addition, I am not aware of the Black Pearl having any blue hues or undertones. In our yard, it's a consistent black color with subtle grey flecks / undertones.
