  • Marble.com - Derek 08:30PM, Jan 20 2012 To respond to the second part of your question, sealing this stone is necessary and you should reseal every 1-2 years with a standard, strong sealer. I'm a little weary of the sealers that offer 15 year warranties.
  • Marble.com - Kinga 07:36PM, Jan 20 2012 Please contact one of our sales offices for pricing http://www.marble.com/contact  . You can either e-mail or fax the layout and measurements to the location nearest you for a instant quote.
  • Donut5672 11:14AM, Jan 20 2012 I have a designed kitchen I would like to submit for a price.  How do I do that?  Will a 15 year sealer work on this product?  Thanks Kimki
  • Marble.com - Derek 07:47PM, Sep 28 2011 Amarello Bamboo can in fact be used for a kitchen countertop. Make sure it's sealed once a year to keep the stone stain resistant, and always use a trivet, as well as wipe up any spills as soon as possible. I've edited the applications to include the kitchen!
  • Tangie 02:09AM, Sep 28 2011 I noticed the application does not include the kitchen. It is very beautiful. I thought movement in granite was prefered. Is it too much for the kitchen? Is there a trick that might tone it down, like breaking it up with another color or maybe strategically placing in large appliances to break the flow? Then it won't seem like a big moving raft.
  • Marble.com - Derek 07:32PM, Aug 3 2011 You must provide us with the measurements that you require for the project, or a layout of the design. We do not have a set per square foot price for any of our stones, it depends on the length and width of the pieces you require. Let us know if you have any more questions about getting an estimate.
  • Marble.com - Kinga 04:44PM, Aug 3 2011 Please send over your layout and measurements by fax or e-mail to the office that’s nearest you. Make sure to include your contact info including your name, phone number, zip code of the job site and return e-mail or fax number. Don’t forget to mention the stone name you are considering. As soon as the sales office receives your layout, they will be able to work on it and send it back as soon as possible. Remember, it’s always best to visit the yard in person because you will get the estimate right on the spot and you can instantly view the entire slab in person.

    • All Granite and Marble 02:10PM, Aug 20 2009 Chris Schuler: This stone is a very unique look, something similar would have alot of gold in it, maybe "Golden Oak" or "Juparana Golden Vyara"
  • Chris Schuler 01:43PM, Aug 20 2009 This vein pattern caught my eye. I am remodeling the kitchen, this stone has the colors I am looking for. Why do you not recommend it for the kitchen?
    • All Granite and Marble 01:57PM, Aug 20 2009 Chris Schuler: It's a mix of onyx and travertine, it is very porous and would stain in the kitchen.
