  • Marble.com - Derek 02:35PM, Dec 9 2011 Hello. How may we help you?
  • Blobby 05:47PM, Dec 7 2011 hello
  • Marble.com - Kinga 10:10PM, Nov 9 2011 I like Derek’s recommendation. Also check out Esq Bengali Beige Mosaic Brick or Keramia Terra Blacno. Let us know what you think!
  • Marble.com - Derek 08:13PM, Nov 4 2011 What tiles have you looked at so far? My recommendations are tumbled natural stones such as Rhine travertine (first image) or Mediterranean Ivory travertine (second image) that will provide the neutral softness you're looking to achieve with the backsplash. Hope this helps.
  • Dawfogle 03:46AM, Nov 4 2011 what color backsplash would you put with amazon star and maple white washed cabinets?  We didn't have enough to do granite backsplash and now all tiles for backsplash we have tried are either too busy or just not the right shade.  Thanks for any help.
  • Marble.com - Derek 06:58PM, Jul 8 2011 I agree that Amazon Star has strong red tones that will look best with a lighter cabinet for contrast. I recommend to consider stones such as Madura Gold and Four Seasons instead. Remember that in the end, it's still your personal choice and it's best to full at the full slabs in-person and bring samples home to put against cabinets in the kitchen light. Hope this helps.
  • Marble.com - Kinga 10:09PM, Jul 7 2011 Mimi Lac23,
I feel the Amazon Star paired with cherry red cabinets may be a bit intense. The colors would blend making your space feel bland and visually uninteresting. If you like red tones, you may want to consider using a different stone like Tan Brown, Dakota Brown or Crema Bordeaux. You need contrast in the space so going darker or much lighter to offset the cherry cabinets would look great. Hope this helps!
  • Mimi Iac23 01:37AM, Jul 7 2011 Would the Amazon star go with cherry red cabinets.
  • margaret 03:20PM, Jun 1 2011 where can I get this in Long Island

    • All Granite and Marble 02:19PM, Mar 20 2009 kathy : It tends to be more grayish/silver than blue. Yes, you probably won't notice the blue.
