  • Marble.com - Derek 09:01PM, Jun 27 2011 The finish of the stone does not affect the porosity of the stone. If Angola Black is properly sealed once a year, then it will stay stain resistant if the finish is polished, honed, or antiqued. Darker stones are denser and have naturally lower porosity levels than very light stones, so the Angola Black is a durable and solid choice. Hope this helps.
