Derek’s suggestions are spot on. Consider using a darker stone or shipment to create more contrast in the space. Tumbled marble or travertine is a great choice for a backsplash.

Juparana Vyara can vary greatly between deliveries, so make sure to look at the slabs in-person to make your decision. It's a solid choice, you have a very open plan with white cabinets. I'd use a stone that is a little darker, for example the Juparana Golden Vyara. With the "Juparana" designs, I'd use a tumbled Baja Cream or Mocha travertine tile for a backsplash. Good luck!

I am thinking about using vyara in a small kitchen with white cabinets and dark trim. would that work and if so what color tile would you recommend? thx.
