My recommendations for you are options such as Santa Cecilia Light, Astoria, and Tropical Brown. I recommend to visit the stone yard and look at the full slabs in-person. Bring samples home with you to put them against your cabinetry in the kitchen light to see how you enjoy the various combinations and use process of elimination from there. Hope this helps!
