  • Marble.com - Derek 06:34PM, Sep 7 2011 Are you asking for a suggestion of a shade of brown for the cabinet color or the granite countertop color? I just need a little clarification, sorry!
  • Rjaccounting 07:41PM, Sep 5 2011 I am having new cabinets installed in my kitchen (dark brown) I have not picked the actual brown color, I really liked the "Metallic" granite, any suggestions as to what choice of brown for the cabinets??
  • Marble.com - Derek 05:11PM, Sep 1 2011 Metallic is in the Single Gold price category (Ridgefield Park, NJ).
  • Marble.com - Derek 05:15PM, Aug 31 2011 To add some thoughts, it depends what part of the slab the sample is cut out of. If it's a weak corner with lots of mica then the sample is not a good representation of the whole slab. This is why it's crucial that you look at the stone slabs in-person yourself. Hope this helps.
  • Sheojunk 06:45PM, Aug 29 2011 What price category does this stone fall into?  Single or Double...Blue, Silver, or Gold?
  • Marble.com - Kinga 07:47PM, Aug 25 2011 Samples are fantastic ways to test the durability of a stone you are considering. It’s hard to determine if the stone you want will be durable enough for your usage and wear & tear unless you test it. Make sure you bring a piece home and put it to the test to see if you should go for it or reconsider your options. Hope this helps!
  • Brad Martin 05:25PM, Aug 24 2011 We have caramel colored cabintry and a light colored tile on the floor. I have seen granite samples that look like this with lots of mica (for example Asterix). The sample seemed much softer than the other samples and scratched and chipped very easily. Am I going to have a similar issue with a piece like this?
