  • Marble.com - Kinga 01:53PM, Sep 19 2011 I really like the Ubatuba Gold for your setup. For flooring, check our Brazilian cherry or black walnut. Another great option is a tile that resemble natural wood. Let me know what you think!
  • Rareare 09:55PM, Sep 18 2011 Thanks I really wanted to go dark I am thinking uba tuba gold what do you think. Also I do not want to go too light on the floors as I have seen some pictures with the maple spice cabinets, black countertops and really light wood floors and do not like the look. What color wood laminate would you suggest with the cabinets, and uba tuba gold countertops thanks
  • Marble.com - Kinga 12:35PM, Sep 12 2011 I agree with you, the Ontario Brown does not have enough contrast to use against your cabinets. I feel going darker will give you a beautiful balance in the kitchen while giving you that “wow factor”. Take a look at the Tropical Brown, Tan Brown, Black Pearl and Peregrine C. I compared the materials side by side for you for easier viewing, please click the link below. I feel going lighter on the floor will make the countertop stand out wonderfully without making the space feel too dark. For pricing categories of each stone, please contact a sales office near you.  Let me know what you think!

  • Rareare 12:05PM, Sep 11 2011 We have maple spice  cabinets (American Woodmark by Home Depot) and was looking at Ontario Brown but to me it kind of just blends no wow factor. I was also thinking of going like with some sort of black/brown. Our appliances are stainless steel (walls are a nice warm yellow) are looking to put in a laminate wood floor maybe lighter or darker than the cabinets. Any suggestions on a countertop thanks is the about price a double blue silver, etc.?
