  • Laura C 07:39PM, Jan 14 2010 I love the Palladio but I think that it goes better with a dark cabinet and I am nervous that the kitchen will be too dark.
    • All Granite and Marble 08:32AM, Jan 15 2010 Laura C: I'm leaning towards a lighter wood, perhaps maple, as the stone so rather "busy" and dark.
  • bob miller 10:12PM, Jan 19 2008 I agree. We are thinking Maple Sierra recessed. Thanks! Bob
  • bob miller 08:31PM, Jan 7 2008 We are going w/ the Edgemont raised Maple/ Sierra or the Cherry / Amber in Brookhaven cabinetry. We are going w/ the red Palladio or a bluish granite. Would appreciate and value your professional opinion and suggestions. Thanks. Bob
  • Bob Miller 07:24PM, Jan 4 2008 Oops! It's Benjamin Moore paint. Looking at Woodmode/ Brookhaven Colony or Edgemont in Cherry or Maple.
  • Bob Miller 12:09PM, Jan 4 2008 We are thinking of a natural maple or cherry to go with the palladio.
  • Bob Miller 09:59PM, Jan 3 2008 We have a light version of Sherwin Williams Brazilian Blue wall paint. We have oak hard wood floors in an open floor plan, casual home. What cabinet wood and stain do you recommend with the palladio. Do you recommend the green, red or blue?
    • All Granite and Marble 08:43AM, Jan 8 2008 Bob Miller: Palladio is a very interesting stone, but as it has a very busy color scheme and pattern, it needs room to "breathe". By that I mean, the rest of the kitchen (including cabinets) should be fairly plain. I'm gonna go with the maple.
