  • Arica 08:42AM, Dec 23 2009 I have oak cabinets would this be an ok color?
    • All Granite and Marble 10:08AM, Dec 23 2009 Arica: Yes.
  • Jody 03:08PM, Aug 16 2008 I have natural color cherry wood cabinets w/mocha glaze. We have Brazillian Koa for the L. room which is open to kitchen. I like the Verde sequoia. I am at a loss becasue the wood floor has a lot of color. I do not want it to be too busy. Do you think this would be too much with the Koa?
    • All Granite and Marble 04:32PM, Sep 19 2008 Jody: It's in an adjacent room so while it would create some serious contrast, I don't think it should be a major issue. What's most important is matching the stone and the cabinetry and you seem to have that figured out :)
  • Luree 06:23PM, May 12 2008 I love this granite, but I live in Idaho. I have found some 2 cm. pieces with some cracks and the owner says this is common. Have you found this to be true and do you know where I might find it in 3cm in Idaho?
    • All Granite and Marble 11:54AM, Jun 6 2008 Luree: This is common for this stone. It's very hard/dense but the pattern is very linear and so that's where the cracks appear. Surface cracks are almost inevitable on this stone. The key thing is that they don't go through the whole depth of the stone. Regardless though, 2cm is too thin for a kitchen top. It might be expensive, but try calling some granite importers in the area.
