jill: You have to have fun with the backsplash, make it unique. You have have it simple and traditional like tumbled marble, or like you mentioned maybe some colorful glass inserts. You can let your imagination take course, just make sure it compliments your accent tones.

Thanks for the lightning response! What would you use for a backsplash. I\\\'m thinking something either traditionally shaped with subway shape...but would you go with a tumbled item, or a glass to add an updated look to a classic shape? Or go completely off the charts with one of the metallics? What would you suggest with this, pastel saltillo floor, off white cabinets and ORB hardware? thanks your site is amazing.

how would this go with white/white glazed cabinets and saltillo floors? OR Bronze hardware... did I mention tiny kitchen? 40 sq ft of countertop
