Jean: Generic probably means common. It has a repetitive pattern but this shouldn't mean anything bad. This is a uniform (not veiny) stone and you won't have problems with it. If possible put your cabinet door next to the stone to make sure. |

Why is this stone referred to as generic? What is your opinion of using it with Honey Oak cabinets? The grain in the wood is not too heavy but still am concerned about them competing. |
