JW: Marble, regardless what type, is not suitable for a kitchen as it's soft rock and will stain/damage over time much faster than granite, unless you plan on not using your kitchen or cooking very sparingly. |

I thought Botticino Marble was very strong and less likely to stain and would therefore be good for a kitchen?? |

L: I wouldn't recommend it for a working kitchen. It is marble and will stain easily. |
