Melissa: Absolutely. You have white which will provide contrast without fighting with brick, and red that ties the two together. A+ |

Sara: While it might not create much contrast with the cabinets, it would definitely work with the dark floor. Basically you're setting up a two color based design with strong contrast. Punchy look but simple at the same time. |

Would Kashmir White granite look good with cream color cabinets? My appliances are stainless steel and I have ebony color hardwood floors. |

Autumn: How dark are the cabinets? Your idea to use a light color is good but I think that trying to tie the dark cabinets in a bit more would be good. |

I have black appliances and taupe cabinets (color is Warm Stone) and cream walls. Because the appliances and cabinets are dark, I wanted to lighten up the room with this granite. Do you think this is the right color? |

Do you have other slabs that have cream background with burgundy spots? The Kashmir white I have seen all have a bit of grayish/blue. We have cranberry cherry cabinets and auburn maple floor, so we are looking for something very light to create some contrast. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. |
